When: Monday thru Thursday 7:30 – 8:30 p.m
Friday 7:00 to 8:00pm (Testing Only)
* Not mandatory to attend all 5 work-outs each week, times subject to change.

We will accept the first 80 participants.
All Participants will receive Cap and Goggles
Additional Cap or Goggles may be purchased on deck for $4 each.
